Poliext has commenced a significant subsurface drip irrigation (SDI) project in Hungary, covering 110 hectares of cornfields.
This project marks a key milestone, demonstrating the capabilities of our new T-500 SDI Dripline in large-scale agricultural applications.
• The T-500 dripline, a robust and efficient irrigation solution, is being deployed across the entire 110 hectares.
• Available in various wall thicknesses: 0.65mm - 1.2mm
• Available in various flow rates: 0.65 l/h - 3.5 l/h
• The T-500 allows for precise water delivery tailored to the specific needs of the corn crop.
• Its pressure-compensating and anti-siphon features ensure uniform water distribution, even across uneven terrain.
The project aims to improve water use efficiency, increase corn yields, and provide a more sustainable irrigation method for the region.
By precisely delivering water directly to the roots, the T-500 minimizes water waste and reduces the environmental impact of irrigation.
The project's success will provide valuable data on the long-term performance and benefits of the T-500 in large-scale SDI applications.
This initiative underscores Poliext's commitment to innovation and sustainable agricultural practices.
