The project consists of 3 main parts:
1. Automatic Pipe Production Line
Manufacturer: DRTS SULAMA URUNLERI VE TEK.SAN.TIC.A.S(Turkey)
Function: Customizing pre-manufactured pipe coils- rewinding them into smaller sizes according to customer needs.
Reason for purchase: In DIY markets ( such as OBI, Praktiker, etc.), there is high demand for uniquely sized coils, which cannot be produced economically with the existing winding equipment.
„LIAD PelletSave” Raw Material Mixing System
Type/Manufacturer: Ampacet Israel Ltd.
Official distributor in Hungary: Ampacet Isreal Ltd.
Function: Mixing raw materials for injection molding technology preparation.
Reason for purchase: In this size category, the company currently has no machine; using a larger one would not be cost-effective, while the new tools would not fit on smaller machines.
2. Complete renovation of a production building:
The facility located on plot number 01329/48 is currently unused. The company purchased it about a year ago for rational economic reasons, as their own production plant- where the injection molding machines are located - operates right next to it.
The aim of purchasing and renovating this building is to centralize production at a single site.
3. Business and strategic consulting:
The company will receive 100 hours of economic and corporate strategic consulting, including the development of a business operation plan and market entry strategy prior to commissioning the new machines.
